Process + Service
We usually deliver standard models up to 75 kW within 5 working days. For special designs or project-specific requirements, we will inform you of the exact delivery time on request or in the quotation. We agree on the placement, scheduling and project-related logistics together in advance.
The installation depends on the installation location, ventilation, power supply and compressed air network. We provide you with clear specifications on the required distances and connections. An authorised service partner will carry out commissioning and instruct the operating personnel.
Maintenance is based on operating hours and operating conditions in accordance with the maintenance schedule. Depending on the version, it may include changing filters and the scheduled inspection and control work as well as oil and oil separators for oil-lubricated versions. This keeps efficiency, operational reliability and availability stable in the long term.
The applicable warranty conditions apply. The specific warranty period and the scope are transparently stated in the offer or the order confirmation. If a 5-year warranty is stated there, this applies in accordance with the scope and conditions. In the event of a warranty claim, we require the serial number as well as proof of maintenance and commissioning (if applicable, further documents in accordance with the warranty conditions).
