Highly efficient cyclone separators
Efficient condensate pre-separation helps protect your compressed air system, reduce operating costs and improve operational reliability.

Highly efficient cyclone separators
The compressed air is set in a rapid rotary motion. The resulting centrifugal forces push water droplets and particles to the outside, where they are separated and safely discharged. The result: significantly drier and cleaner compressed air right from the first step.
The big advantage for you: less strain on downstream components such as refrigeration dryers and filters, longer service life and noticeably reduced operating costs. At the same time, the process reliability of your entire system increases.
In short: a cyclone separator protects your compressed air system efficiently, saves energy and ensures more economical operation right from the start.
Technical facts
Standard reference conditions according to ISO 7183:

- Operating pressure: 7 bar g
- Inlet temperature: + 20 ° C
Maximum working conditions:
- Inlet temperature: + 100 ° C
Your advantages with the CYCLONE SEPARATORS
- Reading the differential pressure indicator – Easy reading of the differential pressure indicator and the resistance indicator (if installed) to verify the filter efficiency.
- Easy to use – In a protected position, the threaded part of the head and housing ensures easy removal of the glass to replace the filter element.
- Minimal pressure loss – The wide cross-section of the flow channels ensures limited pressure loss.
- Separator body made of aluminum – Separator body made of aluminum, chromophosphate and powder-coated on the outside.
- Removable body – The body can be easily unscrewed thanks to the hexagonal connection.
