Water-injected screw compressors use water injection with an internal water circuit (oil-free) for cooling without the need to supply fresh water. The low compressor temperatures protect sensitive pharmaceutical products and materials. Oil-free scroll compressors operate with low vibration and low maintenance – ideal for laboratory applications and analytics with constant, precise air requirements.
Energy efficiency and operational reliability in continuous operation
Variable speed control automatically adjusts the compressor output to the current air requirement. This lowers energy consumption, reduces unnecessary idle phases and ensures stable pressure conditions – without fluctuations that could impair processes.
