Compressor quality inspection – how we ensure quality and safety before every delivery

Before a compressor leaves our facility, it undergoes an intensive test run at our headquarters in Wendlingen am Neckar near Stuttgart. Our goal is to ensure that every compressed air compressor operates reliably, safely, and durably, while meeting all performance standards. Each machine is thoroughly checked to guarantee you a trouble-free operation.

1. Thorough Visual Inspection: No Detail Goes Unnoticed

Before the compressor starts for the first time, our technicians carefully inspect it:

• The serial number and external condition are documented.
• The control cabinet, electrical components, and wiring are checked.
• Covers are opened to take photos of important components.
• The oil cabinet is inspected for oil level and components – a crucial factor for the machine’s lifespan.

2. Preparation: Getting the Compressor Ready

To ensure a smooth test run, we create optimal conditions:

• The installation area is prepared and transport locks are removed.
• All control parameters are checked for standard values and configured for the test run.
• A checklist ensures that every measurement is documented.

3. The Test Run: Two Hours of Precision

Now the FOCUS 132 shows what it’s capable of:

• The motor system starts while our team carefully monitors noises, vibrations, and possible leaks.
• Lubrication and critical components are continuously checked.
• The compressor runs for approximately two hours under realistic conditions – a comprehensive test of its performance.

4. Final Assessment: Ready for Your Use

After a successful test, all results are carefully documented. Only when the FOCUS 132 meets all quality and safety criteria is it released for delivery.
