From Monday to Friday, during normal business hours from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., you will not be put on hold or be greeted by a computer, but by a competent service technician who will deal with your request and discuss with you how your problem can be solved.
What you should have ready
To ensure the cause can be narrowed down quickly on the phone, please have the following ready: model and serial number, operating hours, the set operating pressure, messages displayed by the control system and the time since which the problem has been occurring.
