Compressed air station check

A compressed air station is not always set up optimally. Small errors in installation often have a major impact, not only on the service life of the devices used, but also on the costs and therefore your wallet.

For a fee, you can have your compressed air system checked by independent experts and receive a test report with recommendations on how you can optimise your system.

Leakage test

Even small leaks literally blow money into the air. A hole with a diameter of just 3 mm and an operating pressure of 7 bar (a) “consumes” 3 m³ of compressed air per hour. You are, so to speak, blowing money into the air.

For a flat-rate fee, we use a professional leak detector to examine your compressed air installation and give you recommendations in a final report on how you can optimise it.

Efficiency measurement

The compressor is one of the biggest “energy guzzlers” in an operation. Especially when several compressors are in use, it makes sense to look at the settings and the interaction of the different compressors. Often, compressed air systems are oversized or at the limit of their maximum capacity, so that a standby compressor would increase the operational reliability of production.

With our data logger, we record your exact compressed air requirements over a week and then simulate with you the optimal settings for your systems and compressors. The final test report provides you with a document on which you can make well-founded decisions for optimising your compressor station.
