Process + Service

We usually deliver standard models up to 75 kW within 5 working days. For special versions or project-specific requirements, we will inform you of the exact delivery time on request or in the quotation. Installation and positioning, scheduling and project-related logistics are coordinated together in advance.

Installation depends on the location, ventilation, power supply, and compressed air network. We provide clear specifications regarding required clearances and connections. An authorised service partner handles the commissioning and provides training for the operating personnel.

Maintenance is based on operating hours and conditions according to the maintenance plan. Depending on the version, it includes, among other things, changing filters and the scheduled inspection and control work, as well as oil and oil separators for oil-lubricated variants. This ensures that efficiency, operational reliability, and availability remain stable in the long term.

The currently valid warranty conditions apply. The specific warranty period and scope are transparently stated in the quote or order confirmation. If a 5-year warranty is specified there, it applies according to the scope and requirements. In the event of a warranty claim, we require the serial number as well as proof of maintenance and commissioning (and any other documents according to the warranty conditions).
