At the heart of the new generation is the highly efficient IE5 permanent magnet motor, which replaces the previous IE4 motor and ensures maximum energy savings in continuous operation.
Furthermore, as an oil-free compressor, the AQUARIUS II series meets all the requirements of ISO 8573-1 Class 0 and has also been tested and certified to the highest quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001. With this TÜV ISO 9001 certification, SCC air compressors not only guarantees continuous quality, but also excellent process optimization. More power, less loss – thanks to the butterfly compressor stage
The oil-free AQUARIUS II compressor is equipped with the highly efficient butterfly compressor stage – a clear technological advancement over the previous AQUARIUS I model.
Thanks to this innovation, the oil-free compressor impresses with optimized performance, higher volume flows and advanced temperature management. An additional compressed air aftercooler has also been integrated for even better compressed air quality. This reduces the residual moisture even before further processing and relieves the refrigeration dryer. Another highlight is the new intuitive C90 control unit, which replaces the previous C200 with a user-friendly interface and significantly simplifies everyday operation.
