Oil-free compressed air for chemical applications
SCC develops compressors for industrial areas where contamination by oil or particles must be prevented. Our oil-free technologies work without lubricants in the compression process and deliver compressed air in accordance with the relevant standards – ISO 8573-1 Class 0 as the purity target for the highest demands.
Water-injected screw compressors use water-injected compression with an internal water circuit (oil-free) for cooling without the need to supply fresh water. The low compressor temperatures protect processes and materials. Oil-free scroll compressors operate with low vibration and low maintenance – ideal for laboratory and analysis technology with constant air requirements.
Energy efficiency through demand-based control
Variable speed control automatically adjusts the compressor output to the current air requirement. This lowers energy consumption, reduces idle phases and ensures stable pressure conditions. At the same time, the compressed air quality remains constant – without fluctuations that could impair processes.
Our compressors can be integrated into existing systems. The SCC control system records all relevant operating parameters, documents maintenance status and enables connection to control rooms or mobile devices.
