Our innovative products and strong service network set benchmarks in quality and efficiency. To drive our global growth, we are looking for an inspiring Global Head of Sales. The role can be based anywhere in Europe. Relocation to Germany is not required.

Your Mission

  • Lead and motivate sales teams across Europe and export markets
  • Build strong customer relationships and open new markets worldwide
  • Develop growth strategies and implement pricing and contract models that boost profitability
  • Represent our company at international trade fairs and industry events
  • Take full P&L responsibility for our global sales unit

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in the compressor and compressed air technology industry (must-have)
  • Several years of leadership in B2B industrial sales with a strong international track record
  • Demonstrated success in building and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution skills
  • Fluent English; other languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally
